C~DINANCE NO. 88- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO C~AF~'=K 130.09 (ORDINANCE NO. 78-2) WHICH IS KNOWN AS T~E <br />"INTOXICATING LIQUORS OFF-SALE, PRIVATE CLUB AND ON-SALE WINE LICENSES" <br />CHAFFER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESCTA. <br /> <br />AN (lgDINANCE AMENDING C~AFi'~K 130.09 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMEA~AMENT <br />Section 130.092 entitled License Required, paragraph 5, is hereby amended <br />to read as folows: <br /> <br /> 5. Off-Sa/e Licenses. "Off-Sale" licenses shall be issued oruly to <br /> drug stores and exclusive liquor stores and shall permit "off- <br /> sale" of liquor only.
