C~DINANGg NO. 88- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO (]~Fr.~ 130.09 (ORDINANCE NO. 78-2) WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE <br />"INTGXICATING LIQUORS (FF-SALE, PRIVATE CLUB AND ON-SALE WINE LICENSES" <br />CHAFI'ER OF THE CITY CEDE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING (~qAFrn~ 130.09 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Bamsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. ~ <br />Section 130.092 entitled License Required, paragraph 5, is hereby amended <br />to read as folows: <br /> <br /> 5. Off-Sale Licenses. "Off-sale" licenses shall be issued only to <br /> drug stores and exclusive liquor stores and shall permit "off- <br /> sale" of liquor only.
