Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~87- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT (155th Avenue and Variolite Street) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted February 9, 1988, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with reference to the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: a) 155th Ave. N.W. between Ramsey Blvd. N.W. (Anoka County ~56) and Variolite Street N.W. b) Variolite Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and 173rd Avenue N.W. WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 24, 1988, which report indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project: Estimated Total Assessment per unit (individual property cost): Estimated Annual Assessment per unit (3 year term) !st year: 2nd year: 3rd year: $ $ $ $ $ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RA~[SEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as 'follows: !) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the sealcoating improvement of such streets in accordance with the reoort and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion ~f the cost of the improvement pursuan~ to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvemen~ of $ 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvemen~ on the 22nd day of March, !988, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 n.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The mo~ion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counci!nenber and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same:
