Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Johns, Commissioners Olds, Shryock, Erickson,
Hansen, LaMere, and Lehman. Voting No: None. Absent: None.

COMMISSION BUSINESS

Case #1: Park Dedication for Kelly Acres

Civil Engineer 1I Linton stated John Osborne and Kelly Wolf have submitted the preliminary plat
for Kelly Acres. This is a proposed cluster development located west of Tiger Street at 171st
Avenue NW. The cluster ordinance allows for development in areas not currently served by
sewer by requiring urban size lots, common water and sewer systems for the development. The
number of lots that can be developed at this time is based on the requirement of 2.5 acres per unit
which is 7 lots. The remainder of the parcel will be platted as outlots, further development will
not occur until City sewer and water is extended to the site. The development is in the Autumn
Heights Recreation District.

Commissioner Olds wondered if this was the same plat that was brought forward last year.

Civil Engineer II Linton stated this was brought forward about a year ago at sketch plan.

Chairperson Johns wondered if both the trail construction on Tiger and Armstrong are part of
standard developments.

Civil Engineer II Linton indicated that was correct.

Chairperson Johns indicated she was fine with the plans because they have Central Park and
Rabbit Park nearby.

Motion by Commissioner Olds, seconded by Commissioner Shryock, to recommend park and
trail dedication in cash.

Motion carried.
