Date <br /> <br />Business Name <br />Name <br />Address <br /> <br />Re: Violation of Signs Ordinance <br /> <br />Dear : <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey has an ordinance in place that regulates the use and display of signs. <br />Section 9.12.03 (General Provisions) Subd. 5 (Location) of the Signs Ordinance states <br />that, "No sign other than governmental signs shall be erected or temporarily placed <br />within any street or public tight--of-way or upon any public easement". The City has <br />begun to actively patrol the rights-of-way in an effort to keep them clear of any <br />obstructions. (# of signs) of your signs were found within the public road right-of-way <br />and were subsequently removed from the following locations: <br />Failure to comply with the sign regulations in the future may result in a fmc per each <br />ill_egal sign.
