CASE # 4 <br /> <br />CONSIDER CHANGE ORDER FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 05-23 EBONY <br />STREET SEWER WATER AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> By: Steven Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the conclusion of the 2005 construction season the contractor for this project requested <br />consideration of a number cost increases based upon changes encountered during the <br />construction. Attached to this case is Change Order No 1 which describes each changed <br />item for which staff is recommending for approval along with justification for each <br />change. The total amount of the changes is $8,117.
