CITY OF RAMS EY BID NOTICE FOR 17 OUTDOOR WARNING SIRENS EXHIBIT "A" The City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota will accept sealed bids for ten (10) 124 dbc and seven (7) 115 dbc outdoor warning sirens on the ...... day of ............ , 1988 until 10:00 a.m. on said date at the Ramsey ~.~nicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <telephone 427-1410). All bids must meet the minimum requirements of the sps~cifications. Failure to comply with this section can result in disqualification of the bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Cash, or Bid Bond and made payable without conditions to the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, which check, cash, or bond shall be forfeited if bidder neglects or refuses to enter into contract, after his bid has been accepted. The City reserves the right to accept the bid which is determined to be in the best interestd of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any formalities or technicalities in any bid received without explanation. The Ci~7 Council also reserves the right to consider such factors as time of delivery or performance, experience, responsibility of the bidder, past performance of similar t_x,_?es of items or materials, availability of products or other similar factors that it may determine to be in the best interests of the City. Copies of the sF_~ecifications and general conditions may be examined in the office of the Purchasing Agent, or copies may be obtained from his office.
