90.042 TRAFFIC REGULATIONS <br /> <br />1. No person shall operate or halt any vehicle on public or <br /> semipublic property carelessly or heedlessly in disregard of <br /> the rights or safety of others. <br /> <br />2. No person shall park a vehicle, motor vehicle, or motorcycle <br /> in any designated handicapped parking area on public or <br /> semipublic property unless such person is physically <br /> handicapped and the vehicle displays an identifying <br /> certificate or insignia issued by the Minnesota Department <br /> of Public Safety. <br /> a. For the purposes of -this Section, ,,physically <br /> handicapped" shall include any person who has sustained <br /> an amputation or permanent material disability of <br /> either or both arms, or legs, or who has been otherwise <br /> permanently disabled in any manner rendering it <br /> difficult and burdensome for him to walk. <br /> <br /> b. No person charged with violation of this Section may be <br /> convicted notwithstanding that no identifying <br /> certificate or insignia is displayed on the vehicle if <br /> that person is, in fact, physically handicapped. <br /> <br />90.043 PRIVATE PROPERTY <br /> <br />No vehicles, motor vehicles, or motorcycles shall be driven <br />across or upon any private property without the written or <br />oral permission of the owner, occupant, or lessee thereof. <br />Written permission may be given by a posted notice of any <br />kind or description that the owner, occupant, or lessee <br />prefers, so long as it specifies the kind of vehicles <br />allowed. <br /> <br />It is unlawful for a person to post, mutilate, or remove any <br />notice or sign provided in this Section upon lands over <br />which he has no right, title, interest, or license. <br /> <br />90.044 PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle, <br />motor vehicle, or motorcycle upon public property other than <br />a paved surface designed for vehicular use or upon a path or <br />area designated by appropriate signs permitting such use. <br /> <br />90.045 SEMI-PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or permit to <br />be operated any vehicle, motor vehicle or motorcycle upon <br />semipublic property which is not held open to the public for <br />vehicular use; provided, however, that this Section shall <br /> <br /> <br />
