DAVID SC~ULTE <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you may recall, the Council has granted Mr. David Schulte <br />preliminary plat approval of Oakwood Hills, northeast of County <br />Road 5, west of Hall-Anderson Acres. The plat involves <br />subdividing portions of Mr. Bill Weiss' 5 acre lot and Ms. Arla <br />Voltin's 5 acre lot. Mr. Schulte is requesting approval of the <br />metes andbounds subdivision of these parcels in order to include <br />those portions in the final plat of Oakwood Hills. <br /> <br />For your information, attached is.a map showing the portions of <br />the lots to be included in the plat of Oakwood Hills. <br /> <br />Rec~mL~ndation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Approve Mr. <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />Schulte' s request <br /> <br />for a metes and bounds <br /> <br /> <br />
