That Ramsay will issue to Phelps a variance in recordable form granting <br />Phelps a variance to Ramsay Code Section 170.0314B such that one, building permit for <br />a single family residence can be issued on the following described property, to-wiu <br /> That art of Government Lot 4, Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, <br /> AnokPa County, Minnesota; lying North of Tron Brook. <br />The above does not preclude the issuance of additional building permits for accessary <br />structures to said residence, providing that the)' comply with the then existing city code <br /> <br />regulations. <br /> 2.
