CITY OF P. AMSEY ANO}~ COUNTY, MINNESOTA VARIANCE TO SUBDIVISION CODE k~EREAS, Harold Phelps, hereinafter referred to as "Phelps" has applied to the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "Ramsey" for a variance to the Ramsey City Code Section 170.0314B; and ~EREAS~ said variance request is in order to permit Phelps to build one residence on the following described property, to wit: That part of Government Lot'L[ Section 1, Tou~ship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying North of Trott Brook. and k~EREAS, the above described parcel of land does not have access to a public street, the most feasible public street being Erkium Street N.W., which is 1320 feet from the subject parcel. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, as follows: l) To Grant Phelps permission to receive one residential building permit on the following described parcel, to wit: That part of Government Lot &, Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, .~_noka Coun=y, Minnesota, lying North of Treat Brook° 2) That access [o a public street for said above described parcel shall be by. a private easement over and across the following des- cribed property, to wit: The West 66 feet of the East 250.81 feet of the Northwest Quarter (NU~) of the 5outhwest Quarter (SU~) of Section !, Township 52, Range 25, Anoka County, Einnescca 3) That this variance is granted for the purpose of permitting only one building ~ermit to be issued for the construction of one single · variance shall not be ~.,~1. reaidence on said Government Lot ~.
