5 Minutes <br /> <br />FRONT STREET SEWER AND WATER EASEMENTS <br />EAST OF SUNFISH LAKE BOULEVARD <br /> By: Peter Raatikka, city Engineer <br /> <br />Case ~ 7 <br /> <br />Background: <br />As you recall, 'at the public hearing on April 26, 1988 for the Front <br />street Improvements, Mrs. Graves was concerned about the setbacks on <br />her property that is to be split by the extension of Front Street. <br />I am working with the city Attorney to prepare an agreement which <br />would provide the Graves with additional property from the unbuildable <br />parcel the city is to acquire from Dickenson. It is also proposed to <br />include a variance of the setbacks in the agreement which would make <br />the parcel buildable as commercial property. <br />Attached is a sketch plan of the area showing the proposed setbacks, <br />property lines and building area. <br /> Agreements for the property acquisition of the Dickenson and Graves <br /> right-of-way parcels are proposed to be ready for review and approval <br /> at your May 10, 1988 council meeting. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to approve right-of-way acquisition agreements as <br />presented at the council meeting. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />A=~o~ney X <br />Engineer X <br />Comm.
