CASE ~12: <br />5 Minutes <br /> <br />DESIGNATE MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br /> By: Pete Raatikka, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br />On February 12, 1988, I submitted a request to change MSAS Route ~112 <br />to the district State Aid Engineer, Mr. Charles Weichselbaum. this <br />change moved the location of the terminus of 153rd Avenue N.W. from <br />the Elk River city limits to the new proposed railroad crossing as <br />shown on Exhibit A. <br />On May 2, 1988, I received preliminary approval of the change subject <br /> ' s <br />to five conditions. To formalize the approval, resolut!on must be <br />adopted and forwarded to the Commissioner of Transportation. <br /> Enclosed for your information are the following items: <br /> a) Letter dated February 12, 1988, to Mr. Charles Weichselbaum <br /> and Exhibit A. <br /> b) Proposed resolution revising Municipal State Aid Street <br /> System. . . <br /> c) Proposed resolution establlshlng Municipal State Aid Highway. <br /> d) Letter dated April 29, 1988 from Mr. Charles Weichselbaum <br /> approving the revised alignment of 153rd Avenue. <br /> <br />Recommendat!on · <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution ~88- <br />System. <br /> <br />revising Municipal State Aid Street <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution <br />Highway. <br /> <br />~88- <br /> <br />establishing Municipal State Aid <br /> <br />Revie'~ Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator X <br />Attorney X' <br />Engineer <br />Comm.
