Due to the dis- <br />tance (less than 1/2 mile) to the Jarvis Street crossing in Elk <br />River, Burlington Northern is objecting to the crossing on MSAS <br />Route 112. Therefore, the city proposes to relocate MSAS Route 1!2 <br />and add MSAS Route 115 as shown on the attached sketch. <br />The proposed change will add 0.03 miles to Ramsey's MSAS system. <br />Currently, the city's Municipal State-Aid Street mileage is 0.74 <br />miles under the maximum allowed. <br /> Please review the proposed change and let me know if it meets with <br /> your approval. <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> HAKANSON ANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br />~e%er R.
