councilmember introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION 988- <br /> RESOLUTION REVISING MUNICIPAL STATE'AID STREET SYSTEM <br /> WHEREAS, it appear~ to the city.Council of the city of Ramsey <br /> that the revisions hereinafter described should be made to the <br /> existing Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of the <br /> Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That Segment 010 on Municipal State Aid Street ~112 between <br /> Andrie Street Northwest at 153rd Ave. N.W. and U.S. Hwy. 10 and 169 at <br /> the west city limits be deleted from the Municipal State Aid System. <br /> 2) That the city Administrator is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner <br /> of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of <br /> the revisions of said road or portion thereof, that same deleted from <br /> the State Aid Street System of the city of Ramsey. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br /> · thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following member abstained: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br /> Ramsey city Council this the 10th day of May, 1988. <br /> <br /> <br />
