councilmember introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ~87- <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to the city Council of the city of Ramsey <br />that the revisions hereinafter described should be designated a <br />Municipal State Aid Street System under the provisions of the <br />Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BIT IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL,' CITY OF R3%MSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the following described road: <br /> <br /> a) Nonexistent 153rd Avenue N.W. between Andrie Street N.W. <br /> and U.S. Hwy. 10 and 169 at a point approximately 1,000 <br /> feet west of the City limits. <br /> be, and hereby is established, located and designated a Municipal State <br /> Aid Street of said city, subject to the approval of the Commissioner <br /> of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> 2) That the city Administrator is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner <br /> of Transportation for his consideration, and %hat upon his approval of <br /> the revisions of said road or portion thereof, that same constructed, <br /> improved and maintained as part of the State Aid Street of the City of <br /> Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 112. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br /> thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following member abstained: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />%ghereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey city Council this the 10th day of May, 1988. <br /> <br /> <br />
