MSA funds are eligible for the extension of 153rd <br /> Avenue,turn lanes and railroad crossing. The <br /> participation in a median crossing will require <br /> further study. <br /> <br />3. The existing median crossing adjacent to th~ <br /> Northfork property shall remain in place in <br /> accordance with the stipulated agreement that was <br /> sent out to the city on April 5 by the Attorney <br /> Generals office. <br /> <br /> 4. At the time the median crossing is removed the <br /> Northfork entrance will become a right turn in and <br /> right turn out only.
