Councilmember __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~88- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR S.J.LOUIS CONSTRUCTION (PROJECT ~87-19 EXTENSION OF SEWER AND WATER TO INDUSTRIAL AREA) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 14, 1987; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #87-136 awarding the bid to S.J.Louis Construction for the extension.of sewer and water to the Industrial Area; and WHEREAS, City Engineer. Pete Anderson, Inc. recommended partial Construction in the amount of $24,870.05. Raatikka of Uakanson payment to S.J.Louis NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL 0P THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to S.J.Louis Construction for the extension of sewer and water to the Industrial Area in the amount of $24,870.05. 2) That the or City Administrator payment. City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to sign the release form for this partial 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution ~-87-__ approving payment of the bills for the month of January, 1988. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance D~partment be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote bein.g taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of January, 1988.
