Minutes CASE <br /> <br />SEWER AI/D WATER IMPROVEMENTS FOR FRONT STREET N.W. FROM <br />SUNFISH LAKE BOULEVARD N.W. TO TUNGSTEN STREET N.W. <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #87-25 <br /> By: Pete Eaatikka, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On December 22, 1987 the City Council passed a resolution setting the public <br />hearing for Improvement Project ~87-25 at 7:30 p.m. on January 26, 1988. <br />Following the public hearing the City Council may either table the project or <br />proceed with the project. If the Council elects to proceed with the project, <br />they should authorize the City Attorney to acquire easements by direct <br />negotiation or eminent domain and they should authorize the preparation of <br />plans and specifications. <br /> <br />Enclosed are two proposed resolutions, one which authorizes acquisition for <br />certain utility easements and the other ordering the improvement and the <br />preparation of plans and specifications. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution #88- authorizing the acquisition of certain easements <br />known as Improvement Project #87-18 located generally south of U.
