Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~87-27 <br />(THE EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENTS TO OUTLOT E, RUM ACRES <br />ESTATES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #87-207 of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted on August 19, 1987, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka <br />of Eakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement as <br />herein described. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on <br />January 26, 1988, which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated Cost of Sewer is $28,000 <br /> <br />Estimated Cost of Water is $26,600 <br /> <br />NOW THE1LEFOP~, BE IT ILESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNT~, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council will consider the proposed improvement in <br />accordance with the report, M.S. 444, and the City Charter. The estimated <br />total cost of the proposed improvement is $54,600. <br /> <br /> 2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on <br />the 23rd day of February, 1988 in ~he Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give published notice of <br />such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 26th day of January, 1988. <br /> <br /> <br />
