Cerald Zinmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shu~way <br />~r. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Terry H~ndriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Develol~nent Director Anne Norris <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> <br />M~mbersAbsent: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />P~. Jim Howell <br /> <br />f~_y~ TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 8:11 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka presented a map indicating the proposed expansion to the 1990 <br />Urban Area. The expansion includes the proparties of Wally Anderson, Albin <br />Peterson and Jack Miller. <br /> <br />There was no other citizen input. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Terry, Hendriksen and LaDue. <br />Holm and Howell. <br /> <br />Chairman Ziamerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />Voting No: None.
