CITY OF R~MSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />VARIANCE TO SUBDIVISION CODE <br /> <br /> k~EREAS, Harold Phelps, hereinafter referred to as "Phelps" <br />has applied to the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "Ramsey" <br />for a variance to the Ramsey City Code Section 170.0314B; and <br /> ~EREAS, said variance request is in order to permit Phelps to <br />build one residence on the following described property, to wit: <br /> That part of Government Lot 4[ Section 1, <br /> Tovmship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br /> lying North of Trott Brook. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> ~E~EAS, the above described parcel of land does not have <br />access to a public street, the most feasible public street being Erkium <br />Street N.W., which is 1320 feet from the subject parcel. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, as follows: <br /> 1) To Grant Phelps permission to receive one residential <br />building permit on the following described parcel, to wit: <br /> That part of Government Lot 4, Section 1, <br /> Township 32, Range 25, Amoka County, Minnesota, <br /> lying North of Trott Brook. <br /> 2) That access to a public street for said above described <br /> parcel shall be by. a private easement over and across the following des- <br /> cribed property, to wit: <br /> The West 66 feet of the East 250.81 feet of the <br /> Northwest Quarter (NW~) of the Southwest Quarter <br /> (SWl) of Section t, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota <br /> 3) That this variance is gram:ed for the purpose of permitting <br /> ',:~" oermit %0 be issued for the construction cf one single <br /> family residence on said Government Lo: A. ~n:s variance sna~ <br /> -,+' -~-in subdivision cf said Government Lot & in the <br /> future without full compliance with :he City~s subdiv~szon regulations, <br /> ina!~ding =hat provision which requires each buiidabie parcel to have <br /> <br /> PASSED by the Ramsey City Co~n:it =his =?~e 22nd cay cf March, !.8~. <br /> <br /> <br />
