CITY OF R~MSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA VARIANCE TO SUBDIVISION CODE k~EREAS, Harold Phelps, hereinafter referred to as "Phelps" has applied to the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "Ramsey" for a variance to the Ramsey City Code Section 170.0314B; and ~EREAS, said variance request is in order to permit Phelps to build one residence on the following described property, to wit: That part of Government Lot 4[ Section 1, Tovmship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying North of Trott Brook. and ~E~EAS, the above described parcel of land does not have access to a public street, the most feasible public street being Erkium Street N.W., which is 1320 feet from the subject parcel.
