Mr. Acers noted that he has <br />2600 square feet. <br /> <br />Mr. Wirz noted that a home comparable to Mr. B~ers's, in that neighborhood, <br />is valued at $111,000; sharp increases in property valuations are not <br />uncxm~non this yearbecause of the raise in replacement cost values. <br /> <br />Council took no action. <br /> <br />Michael & Michelle Pomeroy- PIN #25-32-25-13-0013 - %4582 Waco St. NW - <br />Michal Pomeroy stated that he built his home in September of 1987 for <br />$118,000 and now his 1988 property valuation is $149,700; comparable homes <br />in the neighborhood are listed for $134,000-$139,000 and they are not <br />selling. <br /> <br />Mr. Wirz stated that he has reduced the Pomeroy classification to a 4 and <br />that is as much as he can reduce it without out knowing the Pomeroy's total <br />construction costs. <br /> <br />Mr. Pomeroy presented an it~nized list of his construction costs and stated <br />that his bank appraised the home at $128,000.
