1. That the rental license application for the Subject Property is hereby denied. <br />2. That the $25.00 license fee will be returned to the Applicant. <br />3. That the Applicant or others may re -apply for a rental license for this property after all <br />building permits for work done or in progress are obtained, inspected, and approved; after <br />the septic system is inspected and approved; and current property maintenance violations <br />are resolved. <br />4. That the property owner must cease to rent the property in accordance with City Code. <br />5.
