Mr. Bruce Westby, P.E. <br />April 7, 2023 <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />FINAL DESIGN <br />Our scope of services will vary, depending upon the selected improvements. For each of the three <br />roadway related projects, our services are anticipated to include: <br />• Final Roadway Plans, <br />• Public Utility Plans (Sanitary Sewer and Watermain), <br />• Specifications, <br />• Permitting, and <br />• Bidding Services. <br />For the regional stormwater retention pond, our scope of services is anticipated to include the <br />following: <br />• Create based map of the pond area and proposed stockpile areas. <br />• Perform a detailed material analysis for mass grading of the area. We will utilize Braun Intertec <br />as a sub -consultant for this work. <br />• Prepare pond and stockpile mass grading plans. Lots will be graded to within 0.5 feet of <br />proposed finished floor elevation (FFE). Minimum FFE is required to 2 feet above the 100-year <br />highwater elevation of the regional pond. <br />• Prepare a detailed grading (or fine grading) plan for the regional stormwater retention pond <br />area and impervious clay liner. <br />• Prepare restoration and tree preservation plans for the entire area. <br />• We'II also prepare project specifications, complete the permitting required, administer the <br />bidding process. <br />The work associated with The COR is anticipated to require the following permits prior to construction: <br />• Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization (Stormwater, Wetlands, and Erosion <br />Control), and <br />• MPCA (NPDES — Construction Stormwater General Permit). <br />• MPCA & MCES — Sanitary Sewer Extension <br />• MDH — Watermain Construction <br />• Anoka County (General Work in Right -of -Way Permit CSAH 116) <br />• Wetland Conservation Replacement Plans <br />SUMMARY OF FEES <br />We have prepared fee estimates based on our understanding of the work to be performed.
