Estimated actual cost to the City is <br />$15.12/year <br />· / Generally, agenda sheets are one page, double sided. Assuming there <br /> are a minimum of 24 meetings at $0.30/page, photocopying costs <br /> would equal $7.20. <br />,/ Mailing fees would be estimated at $0.33 ~ 24 meetings= $7.92 <br /> <br />OPTION II.B <br /> <br />Increase "agenda pages only" fee to $16.00/year to recover expenses <br />City currently expends in mailing and photocopying expenses. <br /> <br />OPTION II.C <br /> <br />Increase "agenda pages only" fee to a higher amount per year. The estimated current expense to the City is $101.52. <br />,/ Generally, agenda sheets are one page, double sided. Assuming there <br /> are a minimum of 24 meetings at $0.30/page, photocopying costs <br /> would equal $7.20. <br />¢~ With the average number of cases of 12 per meeting, and assuming <br />each cover sheet for the case does not exceed two pages (or one double <br />sided page); 12 cases per meeting @ 24 meetings = 288 pages @ <br />$0.30/page= $86.40 <br />¢~ Mailing fees are estimated at $0.33 ~ 24 meetings= $7.92. This is a <br /> conservative figure, obviously the thicker the mailing, the higher the <br /> rate for postage. <br /> <br />III.B <br /> <br />Increase "agenda and cover sheets" fee to $105.00/year to recover <br />expenses City currently expends in mailing and photocopying expenses. <br /> <br /> <br />
