Estimated annual charge $660.00 ,/ A reduction of $0.10 per page would reduce the photocopying fee to $0.20/page, or $23.00 per agenda packet. Estimating a minimum of two meetings per month ~ 12 months, the photocopying costs would total $552.00/annually. $1.30 per packet for materials used to bind and tab the entire Council Agenda. $1.30 ~ 24 meetings= $31.20 Mailing fees for a 115-page Agenda packet would cost approximately $3.20. A 115-page agenda packet exceeds one pound. Current first class postal rates allow any items less than 2 pounds to be mailed at the $3.20 rate. Postage costs in this scenario are estimated at $76.80/year. Option I. C Reduce Photocopying Fees by one-half, to a charge of $0.15 per page. Estimated annual charge $522.00. ,/ A one-half reduction from our current photocopying fee would equate to $0.15/page, or $17.25 per agenda packet. Please keep in mind that options B-D on Agenda Council packets do not include personnel time to assemble the Council packets.
