NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf <br />of the City of Ramsey. <br />2) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to accept the Bolton and <br />Menk proposal for construction staking for said improvements on behalf of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 25th day of July, 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #23-184 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
