5. 16. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 08/22/2023 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Not Applicable <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #23-194 Terminating Building Inspections Services with Inspectron, Inc <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The city most recently entered into an agreement with Rum River Consultants for the purpose of providing <br />professional commercial plumbing reviews and building inspections services when needed. Inspectron, Inc has <br />not been utilized for inspection services for quite some time, therefore, it is recommended to terminate the <br />agreement. The agreement requires a 45-day written notice of termination.
