Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-194 <br />RESOLUTION TO TERMINATE BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INSPECTRON, INC. <br />WHEREAS, THE City of Ramsey currently holds an agreement with Inspectron, Inc. for building <br />inspection services; and, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey no longer utilizes the building inspection services; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey chooses to terminate the agreement with Inspectron, Inc.; and, <br />WHERES, the City of Ramsey is required to give a 45-day written termination notification; and <br />WHEREAS, the agreement termination effective date is the end of business day on October 6, <br />2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follow: <br />The Building Inspections Services Agreement between the City of Ramsey and Inspectron, Inc. is hereby <br />terminated effective end of business day October 6, 2023. <br />The motion for the adoption for the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />And the following voted against the same: <br />And the following abstained: <br />And the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />day of , 2023. <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br />City Clerk <br />
