The included services are: <br />Project Investigation and Topographic Survey, Design & Bidding Services, and preparation of As-Built/Record Drawings. <br />Project Area Estimated Cost <br />Project i - IP 4424-03 2024 NE Ramsey Street Reconstructions $174,000 <br />Project 2 - IP #24-05 Municipal State Aid — Xkimo Street $ 38,000 <br />Total (Not -to -Exceed): $212,000 <br />Standard Municipal Hourly Rates <br />Hakanson Anderson hourly rates for this project will be as follows: <br />Shane Nelson, Project Manager $160.00 <br />Craig Bochum, Quality Assurance/Control Reviewer $160.00 <br />Tim Eggerichs, Senior Design Engineer $145.00 <br />Sam Jochum, Design Engineer $ii5.00 <br />Andrew Vistad, Design Engineer $125.00 <br />Dave St. Dennis, Civil Technician $112.00 <br />Seth Monroe, GIS Specialist $120.00 <br />Brian Person, Survey Manager $150.00 <br />Administrative Assistant $70.00 <br />GPS/Robotic Total Station $40.00 <br />Mileage Current IRS Rate <br />Reimbursable Costs <br />Hakanson Anderson charges for robotic total stations and mileage for construction observers as shown in the schedule <br />above. These expenses are included in our Not -to -Exceed cost. All of our other expenses are included in our hourly rates. <br />Construction Services <br />Construction period services are not included, but may be provided as an additional service. Upon request of the City, we <br />will provide a proposal for construction period services. <br />Proposal Time Period <br />This proposal shall remain valid until September 3, 2023. <br />CONSULTANT COST 21 <br />
