Annual rental license fees will be collected. Annual fees will be approved as part of the 2024 Fee Schedule and <br />will become effective January 1, 2024. The annual license fees collected will be approximately $200,000.00 to <br />cover the costs of the rental inspections program; including staff time of the rental inspector, police, fire, <br />inspection vehicle, miscellaneous equipment and all other associated fees. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends the City Council introduce Ordinance #23-16, Amendment to Chapter 26, Article XIV.
