Parapet heights sufficient for screening the views. <br />31 (2) Ground -mounted HVAC and other mechanical units must be screened from views from the <br />32 property lines using the following means: <br />33 a. Privacy fencing <br />34 b. An integrated screen panel that is architecturally compatible with the building. <br />35 c.
