<br />2 460 Residential Parking Standards
<br />3 (A, 3arages required All single-family and townhome units must have a garage, either attached or
<br />4 detached, of at least 400 square feet in area.
<br />5 (6) Required Quantity of Parking Spaces. For uses not listed below, a parking justification report shall
<br />6 be submitted to the zoning administrator explaining the anticipated parking needs based on the
<br />7 number of residents, employees, customers, and visitors.
<br />8 (1) Detached Single -Family, Attached Two -Family, Townhome (attached or detached), and
<br />9 Licensed Residential Facility uses must provide two off-street parking spaces per dwelling
<br />10 unit. Driveways may be used as parking spaces.
<br />11 (2) Multiple -Family Dwelling uses must provide 1.5 off-street parking spaces per unit in a parking
<br />12 lot or structure conforming to the design standards in Section 560.
<br />13 (3) Senior Living and Assisted Living uses must provide one off-street parking space per unit in a
<br />14 parking lot or structure conforming to the design standards in Section 560.
<br />15 (4) Religious Institutions as required in Section 560.
