1 (A) Purpose. This district is intended to provide areas in which to locate businesses that enhance the <br />2 city's tax base, have a large employee base, involve manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, office <br />3 uses, and other accessory retail and service uses offered on site with minimal outdoor storage. This <br />4 district also accommodates large users such as indoor recreational complexes. <br />5 (B) Application — This district shall be applied to properties guided Business Park as shown on the <br />6 current Comprehensive Plan. <br />7 <br />8 515 1-2 General Industrial District <br />9 (A) Purpose. This district is designed to provide a district for intense manufacturing, warehousing, <br />10 distribution, and industrial uses due to the characteristics of the use of the property, and/or have <br />11 an extensive amount of outdoor processing and/or outdoor storage. <br />12 (B) Application — This district shall be applied to properties guided Business Park as shown on the <br />13 current Comprehensive Plan. <br />14 <br />15 520 Uses <br />16 The following sections establish listings of the permitted, conditional, principal, accessory, and temporary <br />17 uses for the business zoning districts (B-1, B-2, B-3, I-1, 1-2). The uses have been allocated to the individual <br />18 districts to allow reasonable use of properties in a manner that is compatible with the Comprehensive <br />19 Plan, the purpose of each business zoning district, and the overall purpose of this chapter. Whenever in <br />20 any zoning district a use is neither specifically permitted or denied, the use shall be considered prohibited. <br />21 <br />22 521 Principal Uses <br />23 Permitted and conditional principal uses are listed in the following table for each of the districts in this <br />24 section.
