Was alerted to the fact that RVs and <br />travel trailers were being stored on an uuimproved siM'ace on a parcel south of Riverdale Dr. <br />After an initial inspection, stafi'do~iiacted RV World, [nc. to in,btm there's' that thc RVs and travel <br />trailers being stored off-site were tn violation of Cit2. Code. P,V World was infbrmed that the <br />surl: Iris RVs arid.' tra~)el trailers nceddd to be removed fi'om this site and relocated to RV World's <br />existing property off t-Iig~way 10 or apply ~'or an imenm use permit, which, if approved, would <br />allow for the outdoor storage to continue for a specified period of time. Ms. Frolik explained B <br />& A Cylinder received an i~terim: use penqnt each of thc past two years that allowed for outdoor <br />storage' of RVs and/or travel tmilcr~ as a secondary principal use on a property that was zoned <br />I Empl >ymenr District. The RVs a'~rd/or travel trailers that were being stored at that site were tire <br />propmn9, of RV World. Inc. Both ~>f those permffs allowed tbr the storage of up 70 RVs and/or <br />travel trailers on an ummprm~ed surfhce. <br /> <br />ASSlStam Community Devclopmem Director Frolik stated the site where the RVs and travel <br />trailers are currently .~tored is about 40 acres and is relatively secluded.
