The purpose of this subdMsion is to <br />assemble two lots co cream one buildable lot As parc of the subdivision, the City will plat the <br />srmthcrn ex]-cnt of Ebony Srieer and the portion of McKinley Street that lies on the subject <br />property. This land will be sold and, with TIF assistance, will be developed in the future. She <br />explained thc subject property is zoned E-2 Employment. The newly created lot conforms to the <br />minimum lot size of one acre and minimum lot xvidth of 200 feet.
