The purpose of this subdMsion is to assemble two lots co cream one buildable lot As parc of the subdivision, the City will plat the srmthcrn ex]-cnt of Ebony Srieer and the portion of McKinley Street that lies on the subject property. This land will be sold and, with TIF assistance, will be developed in the future. She explained thc subject property is zoned E-2 Employment. The newly created lot conforms to the minimum lot size of one acre and minimum lot xvidth of 200 feet. The permitted uses within this district include manufacturing, office buildings, and warehousing facilities. Ms. Dalnes advised the site will receive access fi'om Ebony Street.
