This <br />property is located immediately North of, and contiguous to, the above described <br />property. Fm'£her, we are the stockholders and officers of Shorewood RV Center v~ kich <br />operates a recreatimtal ve!icle sales and service dealerslip at that location. <br /> <br />We are opposed to the City ol'Ramsey issuing the interi~n use permit for the following <br />rea$onsl <br /> <br /> l) We do not be{ieve the zoning o£ the subject property would allow commercial <br /> business operations such as an "Open Sales Lot" to be condncted thereon. <br /> 2) We believe that thc fee title owner of the property must be the applicant (or joint <br /> applicant) for the permit and there£ore this permit request does not appear to be in <br /> compliance i,n that only RV World is.named in the request. <br /> 3) ,O~::p: understanding o[' the zoni~g ordinance is that variances and/or interim u'se <br /> :¢ermits are granted only in certain instances. In tiffs instance, we do not see the undue hardship to the OWNER <br />of the property. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />We, and many of our competitors, have invested large sums of capital in our <br />businesses. Part of the investment has been made to meet the City of Ramsey <br />ordinances regulating oar business operations, including, but not limited to the <br />required paving of our "Open Sales Lot".
