Right-of-way, utility and other major impacts <br />(including costs) will be analyzed for all concepts. <br /> <br />One preliminary and one final geometric byout will be prepared for presentation at State's Metro Layout <br />Review Committee and an initial Public Information Meeting. It is the intant that after the prelimina~ <br />layout is reviewed by the Layout Review Committee that any recommended changes be discussed with <br />the Project Mauagement Team and changes made before the layout is presented at the initial Public <br />Ia formation Meeting. It is also intended that the FinaI Layout be reviewed and any changes ~nade before <br />presentation at any futm'e Public Informatiou Meeting(s). <br /> <br />Thc final geometric layout will include mainline .typical sections and cross street typical sections (where <br />cones street improvcmeuts are proposed). <br /> <br />Thc alignment on the final layout will showy all proposed roadway eenterlines and stationing. Alt <br />alignm~:nt points will be identified with point numbers and curves with curve numbers and alt permanent <br />horizontal coutrol points. <br /> <br />]',l:,.inline prelimina:y cross-sections at a inaximum of 500-foot spacing will be developed for the final <br />b;,oot and submitted on I l x 17 sheets. The layouts, profiles and cross*sections will be prepared <br />in MicroStation and Geopak format compatible with State's Computer-Aided Drafting and Design <br />(CA DD) system in accordance with State's CADD standards (Level 2, "Enhanced CADD"), incorporated <br />by r'c~brence. <br /> <br />q'be consultant will be responsible for obtaining State staff approval of the layout including preparation <br />for and making presentations to State's Metro Layout Review Committee. State's Metro District's new <br />policy requires thc consultant Registered Engineer who prepared or had direct supervision of the <br />preparation of the layout to sign thc layout; the signature and registration number must appear in the <br />siglmtta'e block area. 7['he consultant will also be responsible for obtaining Municipal Approval of the <br />layouts ftom tire con'idor cities. <br /> <br />Onc electronic copy of the concept layouts, final layout, profiles and cross-sections will be provided to <br />Stare. Hard copies o£all above deliverables will be provided to Anoka County, State, the City of Anoka, <br />the City o£ Ramsey and Bums Township. Hard copies of the final layout and profiles xvilI be distributed <br />aa fbllows: Anoka County (5 of cae fi), State (17 of each), City of Annka (4 of each), City of Ramsey (4 of <br />each) anti Barns Township (2 of eacb). Preliminary and intermediate review copies of the layouts and <br />profiles will be provided as requested. <br /> <br />3.
