State <br />functional group staff and representatives from .amoka County staff, the City of Anoka, the City of <br />Ramsey and Bums Township will also be available at the meetings. The consultant will prepare and <br />provide handouts descdhing the project. The consultant will display colored layouts along with the <br />proposed typical sections. Conce?mal layouts will be prepared as an overlay on colored aerial photos; <br />these will be available for Public Infonmation Meetings. The consultant will prepare ~qdtten responses to <br />thc public's written comntents received at the Public rnformation Meetings and include such <br />comments/responses in thc Final EAW. <br /> <br />The consultant will participate irt Coonty Board, City Council and Townghip Board ~vork sessions and <br />official n~eetings as neccssmy with the corridor cities involved. Monthly desigrt status moo,dugs with <br />^nokn County, State, the City of Anoka, the City of Ramsey and Burns Township will be required, as' <br />well as monthly updates to the progress schedule. Other meetings with involved agencies, businesses aud <br />thc IJoblic will be scheduled as necessary in the best interests of the chosen public involvement plmu <br /> <br />The coosultant will keep a record and ord~ fly files of all con'espondence with all agencies, local <br />communities anti dm public involved in the project. This inforn~ation will be made available to the <br />Project Management Team upon request. Minutes from all meetings will be provided to State, Anoka <br />Coumy, thc City oFAnoka, the Cily of Ramsey and Burns Township Project Management Team shortly <br />after thc meetings. <br /> <br />Incktdcd in this task will bc billing preparation, invoicing, pro.'ess reports and other non-reclmical work. <br /> <br />7. Ol'lieial Map <br />Thc consultant wilt determine specific areas to be included in an Official Map for the preferred alternative <br />ba;~ed co consultation wid~ State, tfe City of Anoka, the City of Ramsey and Bunns To~vnship. A smwey <br />crew will be assi,[pmd to research existing survey monumentation and Inighway alignment and conduct a <br />field survey. Thc field survey will locate the perimeter of the area and the inter/or lot boundaries. The <br />horizo~la. 1 control work will comply w/th Third Order Class 1. Elevations will be canded with points to <br />establish and check the project adjustment factor. The consultant xvill provide coordinates of all points X, <br />v and Z to the nearest 0.0l fi)ct. Coordinates will conform to 96 English HARN and 88 Adjust with ties <br />to the Minnesota State Piane Coordinate System. Tl~e consultmrt will be expected to certify research <br />i~fonnation and field surveys, draft the Official Map fi-om field survey information in MicroStation Vt <br />f' :mat, revise the Official Mai> as requested, hold public hearings in each community and receive c/t/zen <br />i~'~put. The conmmnities will adopt the Official Map by ordinance and file their respective Official Maps <br />wilh Anuka Co~mty. <br /> <br />S. Projm:t Time Schedule and Deliverables <br />Project work will commence upon Notice to Proceed w/th project completion scheduled by March 2007. <br />Thc co~lsultant will prepare a project schedule based on the sta~2 and completion dates using Microsoft <br />Pr%iect or other approved project management sofia, are.
