Outside of the agreed allowable interior damage, User shall be liable for, and pay to the Owner, upon demand, any and all property damage to the Highway Properties caused by the User, its officials, employees, volunteers or members as said costs are determined by the Owner. 5. Insurance. User will, at all times during the term of this agreement, have and keep in force, insurance meeting the requirements as specified below. The user will provide a certificate of insurance that verifies the following coverage: Commercial General Lability and Umbrella Liability Insurance. User shall maintain commercial general liability (CGL) and, if necessary, commercial umbrella insurance with a limit of not less than $1,500,000 each occurrence. Anoka County shall be included as an insured under the CGL, using ISO additional insured endorsement CG 20 10 and CG 20 3 7 or a substitute providing equivalent coverage, and under the commercial umbrella, if any. Workers' Compensation Insurance. User shall maintain workers compensation and employers' liability insurance. The commercial umbrella and/or employers liability limits shall not be less than $500,000 each accident for bodily injury by accident or $500,000 each employee for bodily injury by disease. Waiver of Subrogation. User waives all rights against Anoka County and including all its elected and appointed officials, all its employees, volunteers, and agents, all its boards, commissions and/or authorities and their board members, employees, and volunteers, and all its agents for recovery of damages to the extent these damages are covered by the workers compensation and employers' liability, or commercial umbrella liability insurance obtained by User. Prior to the start of this Agreement, User will furnish Anoka County with a certificate of insurance form and copies of the endorsements, executed by a duly authorized representative of each insurer, showing compliance with the insurance requirements set forth above. 6. Damage to User's Equipment. User shall be responsible for damages to or loss of its own equipment while using or occupying the Highway Properties and surrounding area. 7. Injury to participants or bystanders. User will be responsible for all injuries and/or property damage to participants or bystanders as a result of the use of the Highway Properties and holds the County harmless from same. 8. Waiver and Assumption of Risk. User knows, understands, and acknowledges the risks and hazards associated with using the Highway Properties and hereby assumes any and all risks and hazards associated therewith. User hereby irrevocably waives any and all claims against the Owner, its partnering entities, and their respective officials, employees, agents and insurers for any bodily injury (including death), loss or property damage incurred by User as a result of using the Highway Properties and hereby irrevocably releases and forever discharges the Owner, its partnering entities, and their respective officials, employees,
