Proclamation <br />September 9, 2023 is proclaimed as <br />Al & Betty Pearson Day <br />WHEREAS, Al and Betty Pearson have lived in the City of Ramsey for multiple <br />decades; and <br />WHEREAS, the Pearsons have operated a multi -generational farm in Ramsey to <br />include fall family friendly activities; and <br />WHEREAS, they have been and continue to be involved in organizations serving <br />the Ramsey community; and <br />WHEREAS, Al Pearson served the City in various capacities including serving on <br />the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the Pearsons have been pillars of the Ramsey community during this <br />time; and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey expresses its appreciation and gratitude for <br />everything the Pearson's have done for the community. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND KNOWN TO ALL, that Mayor <br />Kuzma, on behalf of the City of Ramsey, proclaims September 9, 2023 to be Al and Betty <br />Pearson Day. <br />Mayor <br />
