Motion by Mr. Hardin and seconded by Mr. Wagner to recommend that the City Council will <br />provide a Tax Increment Financing District with the intent of financing a housing development <br />with Anoka County Community Action Program of up to 40 housing units on a site to be <br />approved by the City of Ramsey and subject to the successful completion of the City review <br />process and securing low-income tax credits from the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, with <br />a Tax Increment Financing District life of up to twenty years. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Anderson and Zimmerman, Mr. <br />Hardin,, Mr. Kent, Ms. Scheiber, Mr. Wagner, and Mr. Riley. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Norman recommended, due to the late hour of the morning, that the EDA table the <br />remaining cases until the next meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Hardin and seconded by Ms. Scheiber to adjourn the meeting of the Economic <br />Development Authority. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
