on 1980 budgeting for the Anoka Interceptor tuntil <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />an appropriate linking facility to a wastewater <br />treatment plant has been identified and scheduled <br />for completion at the same time as the proposed Anoka <br />Interceptor and <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />an agreement for sharing in the funding of the lir~k- <br />lng facility has been executed in the event that fund- <br />ing of the linking facility is not a legal responsi- <br />bility of the Metropolitan Waste Control Conm~ssion. <br /> <br /> 2) The Ramsey City Council will support an appropriate <br />amendment to the 1980 budget when the foregoing conditions have been <br />met. <br /> <br />3) That copies of this Resolution be forwarded to: <br /> <br />The Chairman of the Metropolitan Council <br />The Chairman of the Metropolitan Council Physical <br /> Development Committee <br />The Chairman of the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission <br />The Director of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Comacilman Reimann, and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />'the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.by the <br />Ramsey City Countil this the 10th day of September, 1979. <br /> <br />- rMa-y6r ~ <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br /> <br />
