Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-64 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Parcel 6250 Plat 89222 which property is legally des- <br />cribed as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 22 Township 32 Range 25, described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point on the West line of said Southwest <br />Quarter of Southwest Quarter distant 594.37' North from the <br />Southwest corner of said Section 22; thence North along <br />said West line a distance of 199.24', more or less, to a <br />point distance 530' South from the Northwest corner of said <br />Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter: thence East at <br />right angles to said West line a distance of 240'~ thence <br />South and parallel with said West line a distance of 202.29' <br />more or less to its intersection with a line drawn parallel <br />with the South line of said Southwest Quarter of Southwest <br />Quarter from point of commencement; thence West on said <br />parallel line a distance of 240.02' to the point of commence- <br />ment.
