NOW TItEREFORE, IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE ANY POSSIBLE QUESTION, THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, HEREBY RESOLVES, as follows: <br /> <br /> The following legally described parcels may forever be conveyed <br />by metes and bounds descriptions, notwithstanding the City's subdivision <br />code. <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 22 Township 32 Range 25, described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point on the West line of said Southwest <br />Quarter of Southwest Quarter distance 594.37' North from the <br />Southwest corner of said Section 22; thence North along <br />said West line a distance of 199.24', more or less, to a <br />point distance 530' South from the Northwest corner of said <br />Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter: thence East at <br />right angles to said West line a distance of 240'i thence <br />South and parallel with said West line a distance of 202.29' <br />more or less to its intersection with a line drawn parallel <br />with the South line of said Southwest Quarter of Southwest <br />Quarter from point of commencementj thence West on said <br />parallel line a distance of 240.02' to the point of commence- <br />ment. (Subject to easement for road purposes over the West <br />60' thereof.) <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 22 Township 32 Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />described as follows, commencing at a point on the West <br />line of said Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter a dis- <br />tance of 330 feet South from the Northwest corner of said <br />Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter, thence South along <br />said West line a distance of 100 feet, thence East at right <br />angles to said West line a distance of 240 feet, thence <br />North at right angles to last course a distance of 100 <br />feet, thence West at right angles to last course a dis- <br />tance of 240 feet to the point of commencement. Subject <br />to an easement for road purposes over West 50 feet thereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Mickelson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec, Comncilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimarm and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: ~ <br /> None ~ <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Rsmsey <br />City Council this the 8th day of July, 1980. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ,,'?')
