Cotmcilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80- 66 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. August Peltzer is the former fee title owner <br />of the following legally described property in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The South 394.37 feet of the West 524 feet except <br />the South 233 feet of the West 328 feet thereof, as <br />measured along the West and South lines thereof the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br />22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />Subject to an easement for road purposes over the West <br />60 feet thereof and over the East 66 feet thereof and <br />over the South 33 feet thereof. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in 1977 the Ramsey City Council passed a resolution <br />regarding-the metes and bounds subdivision of said parcel, the meaning <br />of which resolution is somewhat ambigious and, <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council now finds that it did indeed <br />intend to permit the metes and bounds subdivision of the above described <br />property into two parcels in 1977 and does not find that an undue hard- <br />ship will exist if this subdivision is not permitted and that this <br />variance does not adversely affect the spirit and intent of the City's <br />subdivision regulations and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Northwest parcel, as Parcel A described below, <br />has a 161.37 foot frontage on Comnty Road #56 and a variance to allow <br />a building permit to be granted on this parcel notwithstanding that it <br />did not have the then required 200' public road frontage was granted by <br />the City Council on March 14, 1977, and <br /> <br /> Ve <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the entire above described parcel is zoned B-i, <br />Business District, and <br /> <br /> <br />
