VI. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, %he park dedication requirement has been previously <br />satisfied for this subdivision. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1) That the property described in paragraph I above may <br /> be subdivided by metes and bo~nads into two (2) <br /> separate parcels legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel A: <br /> <br />The West 328 feet of the North 161.37 feet of the <br />South 394.37 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range <br />25 in Anoka County, Mir~nesota as measured along the <br />South and West lines of said Southwest Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter. <br /> <br />Subject to the right-of-way of County Road No. 56 <br />(Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) as now laid out and travelled <br />along the West line thereof. <br /> <br />Parcel B: <br /> <br />The South 394.37 feet of the East 196 feet of the <br />West 524 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the South- <br />west Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, <br />in Anoka County, Mir~nesota as measured along the <br />West and South lines of said Southwest Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter. <br /> <br />Subject to easements for road purposes over the East <br />66 feet thereof and over the South 33 feet thereof. <br /> <br /> 2) That the park dedication requirements for this sub- <br />division have been satisfied, that the property is in the B-1 Business <br />District, that the 161.37 foot frontage on County Road #56 is accept- <br />able and that the Building Official may ~ssue a building permit con- <br />sistent with B-1 Business District zoning as well as other City regula- <br />tions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Mickelson and upon vote being t~en thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimama <br />and Cox <br /> <br /> <br />
