Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #80-145 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DELETION OF THE HALF (½) ASSESS~[ENT; CASE OF <br />MR. PHILLIP KARST, 4920 - 179TH LANE N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. ?hillip Karst stated on October 28, 1980, to <br />the Ramsey City Council that he was assessed for a full unit because he has <br />two accesses; Tonto and 179th Lane and whereas has ome entrance to his <br />property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Council hereby directs based on Mr. Karst's repre- <br />sentation that Mr. Karst who resides at 4920 - 179th Lane N.W. be assessed <br />for half (½) unit $769.43 in lieu of one (1) unit $1,538.85 as per city <br />assessment policy. <br /> <br /> 2) It is hereby directed that the City Administrator/Clerk <br />hereby inform the City Accountant so that the proper change can be made <br />in the assessment rolls. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Comncilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 28th day of October, 1980. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
