Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br /> City Council of the <br /> City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br /> Pursuant to 'due call and notice thereof, a regular meet- <br />ing of the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard in <br />said City on Tuesday, October 28, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock P.M~ <br /> <br /> The following Councilmen were present: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg~ Mickelson, Reimann and Cox <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> None <br /> <br /> Councilperson Cox introduced and read the <br /> <br />attached resolution, designated as follows, and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO A PROJECT <br /> WITH ALAN C. PHILLIPS UNDER THE MINNESOTA MUNICIPAL <br /> INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL <br /> FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A REVENUE BOND TO FINANCE THE PROJECT, <br /> AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL <br /> OF SAID PROJECT TO THE COMMISSIONER OF SECURITIES OF THE <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF <br /> NECESSARY DOCUMENTS <br /> <br /> The motion for the adoption of the attached resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilperson Mickelson , and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec~ Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson~ Reimann and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against it: <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
